Adultes (≥ 18 ans) : Application topique locale : ajouter 1-5 gouttes à 5 ml d’huile végétale neutre et appliquer sur la région affectée jusqu’à 3 fois par jour.
Massage corporel : ajouter 5-10 gouttes à 10 ml d’huile végétale neutre et appliquer une fois par jour. Ne pas utiliser l’huile essentielle non diluée.
Inhalation directe : appliquer 1-6 gouttes d’huile essentielle non diluée sur un mouchoir et inhaler occasionnellement jusqu’à 3 fois par jour.
Pour un usage occasionnel seulement. Ne pas utiliser par voie orale. Éviter tout contact avec les yeux et les muqueuses; le cas échéant, rincer abondamment avec de l’huile végétale. Entreposer à la température ambiante.
