Topique (Adultes): Mélanger 1 à 5 gouttes dans 1 cuillère à thé (5ml) d'huile végétale ; appliquer localement, 3 fois par jour. Inhalation: Ajouter 4 à 12 gouttes dans un bol d'eau chaude ou un diffuseur. Inhaler lentement pendant 5-10 minutes jusqu'à 3 fois par jour.
Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of carrier oil; apply topically, 3 times daily. Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of warm water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes, up to 3 times daily.
