Topique (Adultes) : Mélanger 2 à 4 gouttes dans 1/2 cuillère à thé (2,5ml) d'huile végétale ; appliquer sur la partie affectée, 3 fois par jour. Inhalation : Ajouter 4 à 12 gouttes dans un bol d'eau chaude ou un diffuseur. Inhaler lentement et profondément pendant 5-10 minutes.
Topical (Adults): Mix 2 to 4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area 3 times daily. Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of warm water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
