Adultes : Détoxication lymphatique: Adultes: Prendre chaque matin à jeun 5 mL (1 c. à thé) avec un peu d’eau.
Détoxication rénale: Adultes: Prendre 5 mL (1 c. à thé) avec un peu d’eau à jeun, au coucher. Prendre quelques heures avant ou après la prise d’autres médicaments.
Tisane tonique pour le foie: Adultes: Prendre une fois chaque matin: verser 250-500 mL d’eau bouillante sur 1 c. à table (15 mL) de plantes et laisser infuser pendant 20 minutes. Filtrer et boire la tisane; OU prendre plusieurs fois durant la journée: trois fois par jour, verser 250-500 mL d’eau bouillante sur 1. c. à thé (5 mL) de plantes et laisser infuser pendant 20 minutes, puis filtrer et boire la tisane.
Détoxication intestinale: Adultes: Prendre chaque jour à jeun. Mélanger 2 cuillères à thé à 150 mL de liquide (eau, lait, jus de fruit ou autre boisson du même type). Remuer énergiquement et boire immédiatement. Prendre 2 heures avant ou après la prise d’autres médicaments ou produits de santé. Après la prise de la première dose, les effets se produisent généralement 12 à 24 heures plus tard, mais peuvent parfois prendre 2-3 jours avant de se manifester. Veillez à maintenir une hydratation adéquate.

Kidney Detox: Adults: Take 5 mL (1 tsp) with a little water on an empty stomach at bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Liver Tonic Herbal Tea: Adults: Take once every morning: pour 250-500 mL of boiling water over 1 tbsp (15 mL) of herbs and let it steep for 20 minutes. Strain and drink the tea; OR take several times during the day: three times a day, pour 250-500 mL of boiling water over 1 tsp (5 mL) of herbs and let it steep for 20 minutes, then strain and drink the tea.
Intestinal Detox: Adults: Take daily on an empty stomach. Mix 2 teaspoons with 150 mL of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or other similar beverage). Stir vigorously and drink immediately. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or health products. After taking the first dose, effects usually occur 12 to 24 hours later, but may occasionally take 2-3 days to appear. Be sure to maintain adequate hydration.
