Topique (Adultes) Mélanger 1 goutte dans 1 cuillère à soupe (15ml) d'huile végétale ; appliquer localement, 3 fois par jour. Inhalation Ajouter 4 à 12 gouttes dans un bol d'eau chaude ou un diffuseur. Inhaler lentement et profondément pendant 5-10 minutes.
Topical (Adults) Mix 1 drop in 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of vegetable oil; apply topically, 3 times daily. Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of warm water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
