Adultes (18 ans et plus) : prendre 4 gouttes 4 fois par jour dans un peu d’eau, le matin au lever, le midi, l’après-midi et le soir avant le coucher ou tel que recommandé par un praticien de soins de santé.
Si mélangé avec d’autres remèdes d’essence de fleurs réduire la posologie à 2 gouttes.
Adults (18 years and older): Take 4 drops 4 times daily in a little water, in the morning upon rising, at noon, in the afternoon, and in the evening before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
If mixed with other flower essence remedies, reduce the dosage to 2 drops.
